Thought b4 action?

Blogs are public spaces. Most anyone can read a blog. Blogs can be funny, blogs can be happy, and blogs can make you hurt as well. Freedom of speech is great. But I would think that certain people might be a little more sensitive about the things that they say in general...let alone on their blog. Especially about topics that could hurt family. Think about it.

Could It've Been Any more fun?!?

Could my weekend have been any more fun? I submit that it could not! I was so busy, but doing nothing but fun things which was FANTASTIC! Friday night Mern planned a sleepover with Jensen and Annie. Ever since the last sleepover we had w/ all 4 nieces and nephews Annie has not stopped talking about it, so it was fun to finally get to have another one! Even Brighton got to come hang out for a little while!

I woke up on Saturday and had to leave the breakfast fun to go into work :( Boo. But right after work Mern, Christi, Charles and I went to the lake! We all know how much I love the lake. It was amazing. At about 4 I met up w/ Jake and his friend Gene at one of the coves and we went quading! Um hello I love jetskiing and I love quading, so getting to do both of them in one day = Heaven!!!! There are so many trails up at Butcher Jones, I didn't even realize! We went up this really steep hill (got stuck and had to back down and go up another way) and the view up top was BEAUTIFUL!!!

The next day Jake and I went and did the paperwork for our apartment! We also got to pick out apartment in the complex. PS for those that didn't know I'm moving! Yay! I will be living in downtown Phoenix. I'm real excited about it! And my new apt is super cute!

Easter/Conference

I had SUCH a fun weekend hanging out with the family for conference and Easter!! I'm starting to love going home more and more! I felt like I was snapping pictures left and right because I have such freakin cute nieces and nephews!!! I drove up w/ Tyson and Kim and the Kids on Friday night. We made it just in time to see the end of Dallin's baseball game. It was cold, but super fun to watch!! Pretty much just hung out all weekend, vegging, napping, watching conference. Everyone knows how Conference weekends are!!! Warning: Picture overload to follow....

Easter Pageant

Last night Tyson and Kimberly asked me if I wanted to go to the Easter Pageant with them. Um...YES PLEASE!!!! I went ahead early and got seats when I got off work, definitely worth it to get up close :) Jensen and Annie kept wondering 'Where's Jesus?!' and Annie right in the middle of the show when Mary was on stage said 'Mary? Mary had a little lamb...' bahaha. Wrong Mary, but SO cute at the time!!!! It was fun for sure :)

I got bored waiting after awhile, so had to entertain myself by taking self portraits....

Dallin's Choir

Dallin's choir is on their tour this week. They get to go on a cruise! Super jealous about that, but excited for him!!! My parents get to go as chaperones so they should all have an awesome time! Before the choir went over to San Diego though, they came and did a show here in the valley at San Tan Village. I'm not sure why I didn't take any pictures of him, but I did manage to get one of Brighton!!

Isn't he such a stud muffin? It was fun to watch Dallin's show though! Pretty much the whole family came to watch it! They looked hot performing in the hot sun, but what are you gonna do right? I did take a video of them doing a portion of their show, I hope I can upload it!!

Sedona

Man I haven't been to Sedona in FOREVER! This weekend I had the chance to go down with my sister Trisha, Brynn, and our friend Robin. It was SO fun. The weather was PERFECT, and although the scenery wasn't too green yet it was still just awesome! Sadly we didn't have enough time to go to any vortex's, but guess that just means we'll have to go again huh?!

St Patty's Day Festivities

Ever since moving out of my parents house St. Patrick's day hasn't been something that I've really gotten into. I might've worn green, I might've not...honestly I can't remember. But this year it seemed that everyone around me was getting SUPER into St. Patty's day....and it was kinda fun!!! Our team went on a team builder to a Spring Training game; Athletic's vs the Giants. The A's colors are green so I'm not sure if everyone was dressed up for St. Patty's day or just for the team. Who knows? All I know is that everyone was drinking green beer and it looked weird. It was nice to catch some sun tho even tho it was only my right side that soaked up the rays!

My eyes were killing me so my manager let me wear his sunglasses for a bit. They look good on me right?...So either my manager wears girly glasses or...........ya he actually does buy girly glasses. We make fun of him all the time!

After the game Tyson and Kimberly had invited me over for dinner to eat some yummy green things! It was fun to hang out and play soccer with the kids for awhile. Then tyson fixed up a swing and they both wanted turn after turn after turn. I have a feeling its going to be a hit at the Haws house lol. Dinner was delish as always! Kim made chicken w/ green gravy, green mashed potatoes, green beans and broccoli, rolls, green limeaid, and key lime pie for desert! It was great!!!
